1. Uninstall and turn off xbox
2 reinstall on INTERNAL MEMORY. Very important ^
3 once done installing go to bo3 home and wait. Do NOT try to log in until top right numbers change the game is doing background updates.
4 once numbers change to correct numbers enjoy
