What a great video tutorial! So you do 25 rows of knitting (e-wrap or u-knit) for the body of the adult hat version? I'm making a hat for a friend and I haven't a clue as to how many rows to knit after the brim. I don't have her head measurements but am doing it in e-wrap so it will have some stretch to it just in case she needs it. Thank you so much for sharing ❤

I use the loom. On the brim I do 16 rows and fold them. After the brim, I do 25 rows and close it in. Nothing to worry about the fitting, it stretches. Thanks for watching.

I love looming beanies,Excellent you made it look so easy, I’d love to use (2) colors like that, so do you have to tie them together someway to keep them together?

I always pull over two loops at beginning and end two loops that way it won't unwind.

you don’t have to keep holding onto that piece of yarn. Once you make the first stitch, it’s locked in. to all who are reading this, this is not the best choice for this type of loom. if you take a close, look at it, the pegs are rounded at the top, and there’s a little indentation, which makes it very difficult to pull those threads down. You end up stretching the yarn or it will break. There’s another one that has pegs with a flat top. This is the one you want to get. Hobby lobby carries it. I’m not trying to be rude to the person doing the video, I am just expressing my experience with this type of loom. I ended up getting the second set with the flat peg tops. The yarn was breaking on me on the round pegs when I tried to pull the yard down. I just don’t want people to spend money on
one they will struggle with and have to spend more money on the one that’s better to work with like I did. you can see that she is struggling to pull the yard down.

Thanks for your comment. I didn’t know there is a flat one. Am sure I will buy it.
