You also should add "Body Glide" anti-chafing balm for the areas on the body that will chafe (and sometimes painfully). Severe chafing down below in the "nether regions" can make a long-distance march or hike almost unbearable.
That's definitively something some people need. Luckily those products are readily available in just normal grocery stores.
Such balms block sweat glands tho
@@fennoman9241 The body sweats also through other parts of the body. If a guy likes having painful chafing in his groin area while he hikes, then that's his option.

Ite otan aina puukon johon on muovinen tuppi. Ei näytä yhtä tyylikkäältä, mutta se ei kastu läpi eikä uhkaa ruostuttaa terää.
