Her english isn't that great but she liked it! But she is from Valencia so I can't show her this video or she will kill me and hide my body in her family's olive groves. I think you crushed it but you should use the shrimp shells and cook the seafood in the same pan to make your sofrito, then add seafood stock if you can find it :) thanks for not adding chorizo or something
