Use lightning build. I recommend a different spirit ash than your mimic tear unless you want them boosting their self at the worst possible times. But Scarlet Aeonia incantation to start scarlet rot. Then just use Ancient Dragons Lightning strike up close when your spirit ash has the aggro. It eats through him. I’m also on Ng+4. That build in the video is not finna work for us 😂
this was one of the easiest dlc bosses for me, beat him first try. I summoned igon and a mimic though I'm pretty sure I could've stood back and just let them both solo him

I'm not saying the dlc was easy at all, I died too plenty of bosses plenty of times but this one I almost felt cheated because he's supposed to be such a cool boss. I barely know his move set yet. I died to the 2 dragons before him though.

@@riverolson2989you can summon and use mimic summon?
@@jordenfrost2329 it was an NPC summon igon. You can use mimic if you're summoning NPC's based on their stories some fight bosses with you.
