I am a BSNL fibrer user from 9+ months and the server was just down once in this whole 9months and just fot 1 hour as PON(passive optical network) was red! They did their job at the earliest and restored the service! Talking about ping, mine gives about the Lowest of 9 and maximum of 28 so usually the ping is on the better side and i have 2 connections of Bharat fibre! In my home aka city i had to pay 3500 for the installation and as of in my village it was 5000! But the service is worth the price in my opinion! BSNL is improving as their old sarkari attitude is gone which they had before and now they are duly working well with the company! presently I hope to support to bsnl! BSNL should be given a chance to improve as you know the private companies might hike the price and make holes in our pocket!

The charge is 5000 because a 3rd party will be installing the connection! Now again the pricing depends from vendor to vendor! Before installation its always better to ask the price of the same!

BSNL fiber internet quality completely depends on local vendor. I installed BSNL fiber last month, no issues so far. ping is 10ms , speed is also always above my plan.

me 1.5 saal use kiya BSNL Fiber. every month 943/- bill ata tha. speed acha tha but unstable connection. work from home me bhot dikhat aya. aur me bhot pc games khelta hu valorant apex gta and many more fps games. 100mbps net me 45-55 fps ata tha. finally jio fiber install karwaya. bsnl ka customer service bhot bekar hai bolte complaint book hua hai, but doket number kuch nai ata. btw thanks for this video.
