- Let's pretend our WHOLE body is made of water; we are going to FREEZE muscles on our body, HOLD for 10 seconds, then pretend they are MELTING back into water.
We'll do one body part at a time starting with our eyes and working all the way down to our feet.
Sometimes we don't notice when muscles in our body are tense; using this song, you can practice recognizing when your muscles are FROZEN or tense, and practice MELTING them back to a relaxed state.
You can use this song if you are feeling scared, tense, or stressed - it will help you find the places in your body that are FROZEN and help you MELT them again.
