So proud to see that Pitt-AZ Super Bowl sitting atop the list where it belongs. Such an overlooked game that was so deep and rich in drama, and none of that drama was induced by the officiating.
Same I'm just happy 42 isn't over 43. Superbowl 42 gets way too much credit than it actually deserves. If you look at the Superbowl games themselves Superbowl 43 is the better game.
53 is by far the worst to me. Defensive battles can be fun to watch, but this game was absolutely not fun in any way. The Rams and Patriots both played like they did not want to win this one.
As a Rams fan, I agree. A friend of my said it turned out McVay used the 2002 playbook to use against the Patriots, so I thought, why the fuck change it? It was a great game... right up until with 2 minutes left, the officials insisted on getting involved on 3rd and goal... tainted what would have otherwise been an all time great.
SB 52 deserves to be number 1 in my opinion. The storyline is amazing. A backup QB takes off on an incredible run and beats the best QB of all time In the SB.An all time passing record. Punters barely played. Philly winning our first Super Bowl over no other than Tom Brady and that Pats, who beat us in the 04 SB.
It was a good game, great storyline, but a couple flaws. The Pats didn't play Malcom butler, who could of helped with the defence (hence super bowl 49). The Eagles shouldn't even of been there, they had an easy win. If the Minneapolis Miracle didn't happen (thank you Stefon Diggs for giving us Vikings fans happiness) the Saints probably would of won in the NFC championship. And the best games are the games that are close.. Don't get me wrong, it is still top 10.
@@JJMcCarthyWARIOProductions "The Eagles shouldn't even of been there, they had an easy win" The Eagles were the best team in the NFL for most of the 2017 season. It was a surprising to see Nick Foles lead Philly to a title but if you think about it's not really surprising when you look at the team he had around him. "the Saints probably would of won in the NFC championship" Probably not. One of the reasons why Nick Foles was so good was because there wasn't a whole lot of tape on him. So teams didn't really know what to prepare for when they scouted Nick Foles. As a result, the Philly coaching staff could create a plan to catch the opposing defense (whether it was the Saints defense, the Vikings defense, or the Pats defense with Malcolm Butler) off guard. This is what great QB depth can give you.

Super Bowl 49 had everything though, it was a pick 'em, it had two touchdowns in the last minute of the second quarter (one was a a gutsy play), it had an insane Jermaine Kearse catch and a crazy decision to run the ball and not pass it. I think Super Bowl 49 was probably the best one all around. Super Bowl 51 was the best comeback, but it had somewhat of a boring first half, and one team didn't get the ball in OT. I pick 49 as the best.
Super-Bowl 52 tops the list for me. With it being such a high-scoring, exciting game, and an upset victory for a team that has never won a super-bowl vs the greatest of all time. One day I hope the Browns get to the big game, but probably not anytime soon.
Super bowl LII is one of the best to ever happen. Over 1,000 yards of offense, 74 points, first super bowl to have the losing team score 33+ points. The beginning of the end of the Dynasty

However, the only thing super bowl 42 had that was a shock was the Giants beating the undefeated Patriots. Other than that, it was a relatively low scoring game with not that much going on. 52 on the other hand, had both teams bringing their A-game. I don’t respect Brady as a person, but I do as an athlete. He played his heart out, but managed to miss the same trick play that the Eagles used to get a touchdown at 4th and goal. Gostkowski missed two FGs, but Brady made up for the difference in TD passes. On the Eagles side, we had the Philly Special and an amazing pass offense overall with our back-up QB. There is reason to believe that Foles could’ve been starter caliber, but his seasons after being traded kind of proved otherwise. Outside of that, our defense was putting constant pressure on Brady the entire game, and managed to strip sack him at a crucial moment. @@ShizawnSanders lol you mad as hell, dude just chill out. Brady is retired, you don’t need a stick up your butt to defend him or the Pats anymore. Bottom line is they got upset that year by a very unlikely team.
48 is better to me because the broncos were favourites and until the second half it always seemed possible that offense could pop and make it a game. It was an interesting way to lose as there was a safety, kick return, defensive td and 3 passing scores in the game. 53 had 14 punts - 48 had 3 I believe
SB 42 is #1, no question. You have to remember that A.) the Pats were absolutely unstoppable that year with Moss, the two teams actually played each other in an equally thrilling game at the end of the regular season that NE won, the Giants were massive underdogs coming into the playoffs, and I'm pretty sure had to start from the wildcard round on the road the entire way, and the story through the entire thing was "Patriots are going to break the Dolphin's record and go undefeated". That matchup is the closest thing to a David v. Goliath in sports history. Then you have the Tyree helmet catch in what was the absolute crucial play of the game... its literally the most iconic underdog game I can remember. #1 by a mile.
@@platinumdiamond7 That would mean every good superbowl was fixed, I might agree on 51, cus that... was too good to be true, but sb 49 was just pure luck for the pats.

1. SB51- 28-3....... that's all am going to say. Hate em but have to respect em. 2.SB43- Epic game and Larry's TD is the greatest play by the losing team in a SB. 3. SB52- As an Eagles fan it was the greatest but even if your are not an Eagle fan you can't really say it that offense fire show and a sack in end wasn't one of the best of the 2010s. 4.SB13- the battle of the best teams of the '70s and watching the tapes now it's a classic that was a nailbiter. 5.SB34- one yard short of our first OT in the Superbowl and first SB my parents allowed me to watch the full game. 6.SB25- easy classic and the Bills were an FG away from being champs. 7.SB49- Give the ball the Lynch! 8.SB36- The birth of a dynasty and the Pats were 14 point underdogs to the greatest show of turf. 9.SB44-Sean Payton planned the most daring game in SB history. 10.SB 23- Greatest Montana drive. Yes, I did SB 42 off because it was more about the story and one play than the whole game.
@@ohnobro1424 I mean I can see your point and maybe 52, 43, and 49 are better in some ways. But I can't see 51 worse than 42 and 47 for two reasons. 42 is more known for it's story and the helmet catch. The 18-0 Patriots lose to the wildcard and underdog G-men. That kind of like SB 3 where the Jets beat the powerhouse Baltimore Colts to finally put the AFC on the map as an equal to the NFC. Personally found their Rematch in SB46 better than 42. As for SB47, that's a memorable game but it like 51 if lights aka ghost of the dome happened and NE failed to come back.
@@nexuseagles6279 I chose 42 because the ending drama alone was insane. Those were some of the best final minutes I’ve ever seen. I chose 47 because it had iconic moment after iconic moment. @@ohnobro1424 I understand both choices I will admit SB 47 is definitely a top 15 SB just not top 10 in my book. It got all the makings of legendary SB but it holds many similarities to 51 outside of the lights going out. I know a lot of people love SB 42 for the ending and the catch but I look at the complete package. Yeah 42 check out on storyline and ending categories but the game overall was mediocre for 80% of the game. That reason I lean toward 46 over 42 which isn't exactly a top 20 SB either.
How is Super Bowl XLIII #1? Super Bowl XLII, LI, & LII were simply better. Super Bowl LII was the best game ever! Don't be recent bias with the legendary Bills @ Chiefs divisional round game.
Super Bowl 48 deserves a lot more respect than it gets. The first play was a safety, the game broke open on a pick six followed by a kickoff return touchdown. And the background of it being the “greatest offense of all time” getting absolutely smacked around by an underdog was stunning. And I’m not a Seattle fan.
Honestly not jist because my Eagles won it but Super Bowl 52 is the greatest football game i have ever seen. Even if i did not an a team interest in it would have kept me on edge all night.
Might come off as Bias but SB52 was the best not only because it was the Eagles first victory. But it was nonstop offense. Brady threw over 500 yards and still came up short.
11:38 It feels like 52 and 43 are gonna be the top two. Harrison's 101-yd INT RET FOR TD and The Catch or Philly Special and Clements Mega-Bomb. Both were visual electricity.

The only one I got a slight gripe with is how low Super Bowl 44 is. There has never been a NFL game like it. Has well Drew vs Payton to me sits has the greatest QB matchup we have ever seen in a super bowl(Rodgers vs Ben, Brady vs Russ/Patrick are also up there)
I mean Superbowl 52 Eagles vs Patriots was exciting start to finish. No dull moments whatsoever. I dont see how 1 highlighted helmet catch and a great catch in the endzone for Holmes is enough when SB52 was full of crazy catches, at least 3 had to be reviewed for the Eagles. Go back and watch those 3 and tell me the Eagles Pat's wasn't the greatest form of entertainment ever in Superbowl history
If you want some good super bowl lore then 47 is the game for you. To start off, we got the individual matchups. Randy Moss vs Ray Lewis, both of them about to retire. Both Harbaugh brothers were coaching against each other. San Francisco and Baltimore made for a great matchup overall. Then, we have the game and all of its iconic moments. The Ravens started off by blowing the Niners out. Then, halftime happened, with Beyoncés halftime show being one of the most iconic in history. Right after halftime, the Ravens had the biggest kick return TD in super bowl history...on the first play of the half. Then the power in the Superdome went out, causing a delay that lasted 30 minutes. Once the delay ended, the 49ers took the momentum and nearly stormed back from a huge deficit. Then, right at the end of the game, the Ravens were able to just barely stop the Niners from scoring the game winning touchdown. The Ravens won it all and Ray Lewis went out on top (even if he may or may not have killed a guy). Not a fan of either teams but this game was a classic without question.
Super Bowl 53 does not deserve to be that low. It was close until the very end, despite the score. Edit: Ohh come on, Super Bowl 51 deserves to be top 5. That comeback was historic. I would swap SB51 with SB52 on this list.

@@ShizawnSanders I was talking about that season. No need to get butt hurt 😂
@@Ash-lf6to its not butt hurt. One battle doesn't bring down a Empire. Your analogy just sucks as all.
@@ShizawnSanders lol you mad as hell, dude just chill out. Brady is retired, you don’t need a stick up your butt to defend him or the Pats anymore. Bottom line is they got upset that year by a very unlikely team.
@@Ash-lf6to that last statement is 100% true. Only real thing you have said.
My first Superbowl was 43 and since then I've seen every one
I’m genuinely surprised SB48 was ranked higher than 53
Yes, it was so much more competitve. Both sides played great defense, unlike in 48.
It's because TPS hates the Patriots. They have an extensive track record of disrespecting them.
@@sillykyle17 explains so much 😂
48 is better to me because the broncos were favourites and until the second half it always seemed possible that offense could pop and make it a game.
It was too low scoring. It's too 5 maybe top 3, but Super Bowl 49 was better because had more points, and isn't just remembered for the ending.
Super Bowl 42 or Super Bowl 52 should be #1
It could be 43, it could be 49, 51, etc.
@@wifehaver6973 49, and 51 were fixed on god. No way can you not tell me no one told the Falcons or Seahawks organizations to throw the game away
@@platinumdiamond7 That would mean every good superbowl was fixed, I might agree on 51, cus that... was too good to be true, but sb 49 was just pure luck for the pats.
13:15 SB LII my favorite as an eagles fan
As a steelers fan I’m happy to see we’re finally getting love from somewhere! Super Bowl 43 was definitely one for the ages!
Descent ranking I respect it
Now where would you rank sb 56 Bengals vs rams and sb 57 chiefs vs eagles?
Switch 1 and 2 for me, but I am biased as a giants fan otherwise great list!
My personal favorite was Super Bowl 20.
I loved how the Bears Defense killed the Patriots.
I'm a Giants Fan and my favorite Giants win was Super Bowl 42.
As a Pittsburgh fan I’m shocked Arizona vs Steelers was number 1. I thought it would be eagles vs pats
It still deserves to be #1--Kurt Warner had everyone believe in Arizona winning their first ever NFL title, but the Steelers dashed those hearts!
Cardinals vs Steelers had more nostalgia, that's why its ranked #1
And super bowl XXX wasa much more entertaining game than super XL.
@@mikeysuzefour that’s kind of the problem though. Was anyone other than Steelers fans actually wanting that to happen? If you’re a neutral fan the storylines weren’t exactly amazing.
I definitely think that the "number one" super bowl wasnt the best but definitely a top 10
All over, pretty accurate. I would give the Giants v Bills 20-19 higher, but that’s parsing a bit. Overall, a very enjoyable post! We’ll done.
Can you guys do a top 10 rookies giving out rookie moments video plz!!!
51 was good and all but 52, 42, 43, 49, and 47 were all better imo
I mean, between the blackout, kick return touchdown, near comeback, and insane final minutes, that game was absolutely legendary.
@@nexuseagles6279 I mean if you look at it that way wouldn’t that mean 51 and 47 also sucked? Since those were lopsided games for most of the time?
So glad to see Steelers v Cardinals in the #1 spot
How is Super Bowl XLIII #1? Super Bowl XLII, LI, & LII were simply better. Super Bowl LII was the best game ever! Don't be recent bias with the legendary Bills @ Chiefs divisional round game.
Super Bowl 42 was greater than Super Bowl 43. 42 was an upset for the ages.
Y’all need to rank Super Bowl logos.
Honestly not jist because my Eagles won it but Super Bowl 52 is the greatest football game i have ever seen. Even if i did not an a team interest in it would have kept me on edge all night.
I like how al michaels announced the top 3 super bowls
Hyped for this vid
Might come off as Bias but SB52 was the best not only because it was the Eagles first victory. But it was nonstop offense. Brady threw over 500 yards and still came up short.
Philly vs the pats was my all time fav
Video idea: every teams most underrated player right now
11:38 It feels like 52 and 43 are gonna be the top two. Harrison's 101-yd INT RET FOR TD and The Catch or Philly Special and Clements Mega-Bomb. Both were visual electricity.
A Super Bowl ranking?? Hell yeah!!
As a Bronco fan, I love seeing Super Bowl XXXII so high. People way underappreciate that one after the crazy ones we've had in the 21st century
SB 43 still hurts
Eagles should have been no.1 just by the fact the game was so close also so many crazy’s plays along the way and critical moments plus we had a backup qb in nick foles that was leading us ... there’s nothing more crazy than that game
You forget, though, that outside of the Philthy Phaithful, the Eagles are a despised fanbase that no one enjoys to win.
@@mojoschmee9320 what do you mean by this explain I’m confused ... wdym no one enjoys us to win
@@mojoschmee9320 everyone was happy for us when we won ... the whole league was it was a magical and heartwarming moment for football fans to see that team do amazing things 💯 our fan base is called dirty because we ride for our team and don’t let anyone get under our skin . Super Bowl 42 was the best
I’m a eagles fan and our super bowl was amazing but super bowl 49 was arguably the greatest game I’ve seen in the history of sports
Great video, but I think the Seahawks pats game should be higher
It is literally 4th best
@@keving1072 it honestly should be #1 or 2
@@keving1072 it’s #1 imo
Okay I agree because it was better than cardinals vs steelers
Again, why is Super Bowl V ranked so highly. That was one of the most turnover filled and poorly played Super Bowls ever played.
Because it was a better defensive Superbowl than Superbowl 53 idk
They really had the audacity to rank it above 44, 54, and 56
Next: ranking every football game
Super Bowls: 44, 46, 47, 54, and 56 were all about the same quality to me (very good). A level below Super Bowls: 42, 43, 49, 51 and 52 (elite). I won't put Super Bowl 51 as the best because only one team got the ball in overtime, but it's still very high up there.
Cool video great idea for a video I loved it 😍👍👍
How come everybody overrates supper bowl 51 take the first 3 quarters and it's not anywhere near the top 10
Superbowl 49 should have topped this list
Don’t know if this has been done, but I’d love to see a video along the lines of the ones you’ve done about teams that need to relocate, but on sports teams that need a new uniform.
Super Bowl 42 is the best no question. Close and tense the whole way, Pats going for 19-0 and of course David Tyree.
Also super bowl 43 the next year was also insane
I honestly didn't like 42 as much as most. It more of a story game and one play.
Eagles should been 1# but great 👍 list
Pittsburgh vs Arizona 🏆
I think that SuperBowl 51 and 42 were the best
The only one I got a slight gripe with is how low Super Bowl 44 is. There has never been a NFL game like it. Has well Drew vs Payton to me sits has the greatest QB matchup we have ever seen in a super bowl(Rodgers vs Ben, Brady vs Russ/Patrick are also up there)
I think the only reason they didn’t put it higher is because after the Porter interception it wasn’t as close.
TPS, you should do a list of 5 NBA Players who joined the NFL and 5 NFL Players who joined the NBA
You’re obviously a Pittsburgh fan
52 is the best
Super bowl 51 should be way higher
Super bowl 49 should be 1
Why?
I have a feeling TPS doesn't like Tom Brady after watching this list.
it's only their opinion...
Why? Cause they put their losses a little bit higher than their wins?
I enjoyed the notion that most of the Bradt/Pat's wins were on the least side and the Patriot losses were on the greatest side!
Super bowl 49 is 2 or 1
Super bowl 42 and 43 so far are my all time favorite SuperBowls I have watched so far
Ranking for SB 53 was criminal. At least it was a tight game throughout
sb 51 and sb xlix are both top 3 in my opinion
rank all halftime shows next
SB 49 should be #1
SB43 was my favorite too
best fourth quarter in the 21st century in my opinion (yes, even better than Chiefs-Patriots)
Now do a list ranking all playoff games from worst to best
I was torn between LI and LII.
#1 is either Pats vs Hawks or 28-3
I disagree so much with his list if I'm being brutally honest 😂
Super Bowl 53 does not deserve to be that low. It was close until the very end, despite the score.
Edit: Ohh come on, Super Bowl 51 deserves to be top 5. That comeback was historic. I would swap SB51 with SB52 on this list.
Yeah Super Bowl 53 wasn't great compared to some of the others, but it's still better than the spot that they rank it here.
51 over 52? No way in the world
Super bowl fifty two best one
42 being number two over the number one is a joke…
bills stand for Boy I love Losing Soperbowls
My first Superbowl was 19. 😂🤣 I think 52 (Eagles v Patriots) was the best ever.
Watching the Hawks dismantle the Broncos was by far the greatest thing I've seen, it deserves better than 48 and how the hell is SB 40 not the worst Super Bowl?
You should do every teams best playoff moment
