Great timing, that's something I was about to work out on my machine, the company that made it said No it can not be changed, I didn't belive them s ordered the parts I think I need. Thanks Pete.
I had some feed issues with a welder with a similar feed mechanism. After eliminating all other problems it seemed that the drag on the spool on the spindle was enough to mess up my welds. So l got into the habit of putting a lit bit of grease on the spindle to smooth out the spool's rotation. This gixed the problem for me anyway. Cheers.
Thank you for sharing this video. Since the first time I used my new flux core the wire eventually gets bound up inside the liner and the wire jams at the tip. Is this a tension issue or could I have gotten a bad liner from factory? I’m at wits end!

Are you useing the correct amount of stick out ? Because that will course jam-ups .Try moving your torch a bit further away from your weld puddle.
