The Phillies last made the playoffs when I was 12. This decade was essentially the death of my childhood and me developing into an angry and bitter Philly fan. Now I know how my parents felt from 1994 to 2006.
What made me the most upset was how Halladay died when I was 19. I remember 2010 as a great year, when he threw two no hitters, but now I cry a little when remembering it.

The ‘07-2012 Phillies played an exciting brand of baseball. Very intentional with every swing. That was my childhood. Today’s era of launch angle, exit velocity, power hitting, and three-outcome baseball means we may never see it again.
I witnessed both harpers grandslam and Rodriguez walk off. I don’t think I’ll ever beat witnessing Harper Grandslam. Also no one ever come through when needed like Ruiz
First, let me say that I am 68 years old and have been collecting Social Security for 2 years now. Before that happened, there were probably several long ballgames that made me say, "By the time this one is over, I'll be collecting Social Security." Well, that literally happened in that 7-4 game against the Dodgers in 2018. It began the night before my first-ever Social Security direct deposit was to be made to my bank account and didn't end until after midnight. Also, Trevor Plouffe was playing third base, and this was his first NL homer. It was the Dodgers who were most likely to have a third baseman hit his first NL homer that night. Manny Machado had just been traded to them.
So when i was very young, either in 2010. 2011 or 2012, i can remember Jim Thome hitting a Walk off homer into the Second Deck in the Day uniforms... It was hit to right field, it was so long ago i can't remember the date or the team they played
You missed Freddie Freeman's error on a Galvis grounder in April 2015 for a 1-0 win. Which is a shame because that was the first walk-off I ever saw in person lol
The last untainted sport there is. It's the hardest to set up as to make sure which team wins when the officials want to decide who they want to win or not. Or who even makes the make the playoffs and wins a championship. A baseball will go wherever it's suppose to when connected, or when a home run is a home run an what not. Just like a out is an out but it's not like you can't set up most of that stuff, so it's a lot harder than any other sport to cheat like the others like football where a ump can cheat for a QB, WR def an so forth, which is why I will always love the great American pass time because it's just like that speech from Field of Dreams, Baseball Ray, etc, etc, etc.
