so it took this guy 10 years to fix up his 300 square-meter flat inside the Palazzo and turned one bedroom into an Airbnb? That's Italian work ethics for you.
Mr Bergamo Rossi is surely a nice and genereous host. Nevertheless, there are some remarkable mistakes in this presentation which I need to point out. First, Mr. Rossi is not the owner of the whole palace, but only of the 300 msq flat which in the video are presented, perhaps with some excess of magnificency, as the part of the palace which he kept for "his private residence": actually this is the only part of the building which belongs to him. This is the flat where my grandfather, N.H. Co. Luigi Gradenigo, raised his family of 9 persons. On the rest of the palace live other families, also including some Gradenigos. That given, and this is the second "mistake" of the video, Mr Rossi did not restaurated the whole palace, but only his own belongings, that is the 300 msq flat.
In Louisiana, that’s where our brand of the family fled to around the napoleonic conquest of our city, in trying everything to reach out but I couldn’t find anyone please giacomo see this, if you have snapchat my snapchat is lazer_uk if you have Instagram it is leulcalebsphotos, you can email me at calebrodreguez@gmail.com please see this
N.H. Don Giacomo Gradenigo: Thank you for your correction. When it comes to Venezia, people tend to exaggerate. I hope the rest of the palazzo is rehabilitated while maintaining its beauty and importance. It is one of my favorite places to see in Venezia. Many years ago Alvise Zorzi commented to me and a group of friends that the Palazzo Gradenigo was practically a ruin. I have the feeling that is an exaggeration too. Best wishes to you.
I noticed that as well, this video only shows one floor .... They're so much more space in this building. Was wondering about the rest. Yes the 1st floor is beautiful, but the bathroom and kitchen are very modest.
A most wonderful place to live, whoever in the palace is a lucky person. But the cost of maintenance and restoration must be prohibitive
Toto Bergamo Rossi Thats the way to live in it. Great respect fore its historical place.
