కానీ నేను మీరు చెప్పినటువంటి వైద్యాలను ఆచరణలో పెట్టే లేకపోతున్నాను , kontha varaku prayatnam chesaanu kaani , edhi naaku correct solution ivvatam ledu sir. కారణం నాకు చాలా రకాలైన వ్యాధులతో బాధపడుతున్నాను చేయాలి అని ఆలోచన మనసులో ఉన్న కూడా శరీరం నాకు సహకరించడం లేదు నా వయసు 30 సంవత్సరాలు.
నాకు వివాహం జరిగి నాలుగు సంవత్సరాలు అయింది కానీ ఇప్పటివరకు పిల్లలు కూడా లేరు నాకు 16 సంవత్సరాల వయస్సులో రొమ్ము టైడ్ ఆర్థరైటిస్ పాజిటివ్ వచ్చింది నేను కొన్ని రోజులు ట్రీట్మెంట్ తీసుకున్నాను తర్వాత హాస్పిటల్ మందులు ఆపేసి త్రిపులా చూర్ణం ఒక సంవత్సరం పాటు తాగాను నాకు అప్పుడు ఇటువంటి అనారోగ్య సమస్య తలెత్తలేదు 2014 వ సంవత్సరంలో తిరిగి నేను అనారోగ్యం పాలయ్యాను నేను కింద కూర్చుంటే లేవలేకపోయాను.
హాస్పిటల్లో అడ్మిట్ అయ్యాను అప్పుడు నాకు డాక్టర్ గారు అప్పుడు డాక్టర్ గారు నాకు హైపోథైరాయిడ్ , మయో సైలటిస్ కూడా పాజిటివ్ అని చెప్పారు దాని తర్వాత నేను నార్మల్గానే మెడిసిన్ తింటూ ట్రీట్మెంట్ లో ఉన్నాను. 2020 వ సంవత్సరంలో నాకు FNA అనాలసిస్ చేసి ఎక్కువ స్ట్రాంగ్ గా ఉంది అని చెప్పారు ఈ మెడిసిన్ కి డబ్బులు ఖర్చు పెట్టలేక అంత స్తోమత లేక నేను ఆయుర్వేదిక్ హాస్పిటల్ లో గత సంవత్సరం నుంచి ట్రీట్మెంట్ తీసుకుంటున్నాను.
ఇప్పుడు నా శరీరంలో చాలా మార్పులు వచ్చినాయి అనేక రకాలుగా నేను నా శరీరంతో బాధపడుతున్నాను దయచేసి నాకు పరిష్కార మార్గాన్ని తెలియజేయగలరు.
ప్రస్తుతం నా శరీరంలో ఉన్నటువంటి సమస్యలు
రెండు చేతులలోను చిన్న చిన్న కనితలు/గడ్డలు.
చూడడానికి చాలా ఇబ్బందికరంగా ఉంది కండ్లు నొప్పిగా ఉండడం.
మెడ నరాలు భుజాలు నొప్పులు మెడ విపరీతమైన నొప్పి రావడం.
మోకాళ్ళ నొప్పులు కీళ్ల నొప్పులు శరీరంలో అక్కడక్కడ ఎర్రటి మచ్చలు.
ప్రతినెల బరువు తగ్గిపోవడం.
ఇలాంటి సమస్యలతో బాధపడుతున్నాను నాకు ఇంకా పిల్లలు కూడా లేరు దయచేసి నా సమస్యకి ఒక పరిష్కార మార్గాన్ని దొరుకుతుందేమో అనే ఒక ఆశతో మీకు ఇక్కడ కోరుకుంటున్నాను.

Since you're not used to eating high fibre diet you'll experience this problem when you consume too much of millet at once. Your gut microbiota has adapted to a different style of food and doesn't have enough bacterial species that break the dietary fibers in the millets. So its always adviced to start with very less quantity of millets in the beginning and then gradually over time increase the amount. In that way your body, specially your gut, wil find it easier to digest and you'll have less bloating.
