I usually never dive into a song, if it has the good beats then it'll be on my playlist. The lyrics is just a bonus part if you'll listen to the words of the writer, you'll know it's part of them. Today, as I play it again, I sat there, closed my eyes and think of that one person whom should I meet with. And it end up with the version of myself, the one I keep neglecting on for years. Trying to understand who she is, and thinking that maybe I should love her more so she'll realize what true love is. But no, this time it's different. I let go of her, stare at her wounds, and right from there I slowly unravel her brokeness. I have loved her beautiful parts so much that I forgot that she too has wounds. She isn't perfect, she's far from everything the world tells how a person should be. You can't love anything or anyone in this world, unless you start to understand who and what they are make of. Understand is the key word here. At the end of the day, we have different perspective on this song. And what matters is that 92914 was able to convey it in music to share it with us.

I just miss it so much. I know it won’t be the same when I go back, especially because of COVID but it’s still my dream. I am going to live there, in a small apartment with my dog, going for walks everyday. I will do whatever I have to until I get my residency, then I will become a tutor for English. I will travel every now and then, just for the sake of quenching my wanderlust. But I am going to work hard to go back, whatever means necessary.

I usually never dive into a song, if it has the good beats then it'll be on my playlist. The lyrics is just a bonus part if you'll listen to the words of the writer, you'll know it's part of them. Today, as I play it again, I sat there, closed my eyes and think of that one person whom should I meet with. And it end up with the version of myself, the one I keep neglecting on for years. Trying to understand who she is, and thinking that maybe I should love her more so she'll realize what true love is. But no, this time it's different. I let go of her, stare at her wounds, and right from there I slowly unravel her brokeness. I have loved her beautiful parts so much that I forgot that she too has wounds. She isn't perfect, she's far from everything the world tells how a person should be. You can't love anything or anyone in this world, unless you start to understand who and what they are make of. Understand is the key word here. At the end of the day, we have different perspective on this song. And what matters is that 92914 was able to convey it in music to share it with us.

I've been listening to okinawa since long time everytime I feel useless or depressed I listen to it.
