- Hello Everyone and welcome to Bellwright a upcoming medieval Open world survival/rpg. Donkey Crew where kind enough to send me a key to a 72 hour preview event to check out the game so here I am giving it a try :)
Game description
Establish and expand your own settlements, liberate the land and assist its villagers, and recruit others to your cause while learning more about a life you had to leave behind. Command your forces, prove your valor through combat, and cement yourself as the hero of your people.

Now as some disclaimers here and a mini FAQ
- This is a limited time preview for the game it lasts for 3 days with the 30th of this month being the end of the playtest.
- I was sent a key to play this game along with some randomly selected people and some other content creators to check out the game and provide feedback.
- I am aware the developers prior games having played both of kings and men (shout out any Teutonic knights + the kings men out there) and last oasis I would advise doing your own research before making any purchases.
-The game is due for a early access release on steam before being release fully.
-If this video does well I will be sure to record more if not I will dive into my own instance while I can XD

@douanejohn1037 the series will be 8 episodes in total however after todays episode they will be 1-2 hours long :) Still editing them all at the moment got 6 more hours to go through. Note I played until the last second of the playtest to get as much done as I could and barely touched the surface.

Another masterpiece yo THREATX here some tips you need to know before the play test ends you should recruit warriors and go to the bandit camp and raid it and have lots of loot
It is already over but bear in mind this is only 3 hours into the playthrough I played it for 14 hours XD

One thing, one of very few things I do not like in Medieval Dynasty is the lack of any kind of lodging for travellers. Im glad this game is adding that. I do think its a bit crazy to have a bookseller in a tiny village since almost nobody could read and books were hand copied!
MD is great if you want to build in peace so I never really got along with it but the npcs actually collecting items in this game buts it far above in my mind!

One thing I notice is the npcs when they talk, they all AI generated? Lol sound like robots when they talk 😅
Most of the voice acting is AI as far as I can tell there are some later quests that seem to be real people but might just be a better program
@ThreatX I was convinced at first it was legit people talking lol, but then some lines sounded weird! Game looks so good though. Just watched another video of you going through the tech tree, and cannot believe how indepth it is with so many buildings and craftable items! 😱

@ThreatX OMG I just made a good breakfast. started with some frozen hashbrowns, mfried em up, but then I thought, ehh, I need that extra SOMEthing. Had a can of corned beef, so I worked that in, and once that was done cracked two eggs in as well. Salt and pepper to taste, and threw in a little chipotle Tabasco sauce. (dunno if you can get that in England, probably can though, globalization and whatnot.) FUCKING FANTASTIC.

Sounds deliciously decadent. In my middle age, I find myself craving veggies with everything a lot more. To me, that could go really well with some brussel sprouts (olive oil, sage, oregano, basil, salt and cracked pepper) either sauteed or lightly broiled/grilled while I'm doing the rest up. I know veg (and especially brussel sprouts) are not to everyone's taste though, esp where comfort food is concerned.

17:44 it really makes me sad when developers put time limits on demos. I remember in the DOS days, you'd have whole "demo" GAMES, called shareware. Complete games, albeit maybe the first act, or something to that effect. Being a poor boy all my life, I spent many an hour with those limited programs.
