Hi Casfer, I have been dealing with a 86:01 on a Latex 370 for about 2 months now, supoosed paper jam there is no media, I am suspecting Axis motor but that was replaced along with belt and 3L PCI about 2 years ago,I have checked encoder strip and tensioner. Could you please help?
Hello! 86:01 is scan axis movement issue. This error is related with the scan axis motor or encoder reader or encoder strip or the carriage bushing. There are many things to be consider. Is it stopping on the same position? You can also try to move the carriage manually by pushing or pull with hand while the printer is off then see if there is a lot of friction on it.
It will not be the 3L connector. Leakage will be detected by the PIP sensor. In this case, you to find if the leakage is from damaged intermediate tank or the PIP sensor itself. And you need to find which color your having the leakage.
@@rahmigokcedag4895 So in this case, you need to change the OP 3L ink line. Once it is replaced, you also need to clean the ink tray and leakage sensor need to be dry. You might need a guy who is trained on HP to do this because there is a procedure to purge the air along with the new ink line.
@casfer4998 Thank you. There is no way to unfunction 3l tanks and use only the smaller cartidges. Is there a way to do it? Turning off the bottom part completely
Hi, I have a 42:10 error. I checked, cleaned, and oiled the bar. But there is no issue. I believe that is the solution to what you have done. Do you think is there any other thing that might cause it.
42:error is an scan axis motor movement failure. Since you already cleaned the carriage rail. Try to clean as well your encoder strip look for any dirt on it. Otherwise it could be the carriage motor itself was damaged.
@@casfer4998 Thank you so much. You make everything so easier. The interesting part is the head can move to the left side without any problem. It stock at the left side, while trying to move right. over the ink section.
Did you check the encoder strip if it is ok. Then it could be the carriage motor. You can ask for it from your hp authorized distributor from your region.
Hi Casfer, could you give me an idea of what this error code 14.4:12 for hp lx850? I have checked the service manual and it says generic comms failure but I can’t find where the problem is.Thanks
Hi ! your videos are very good. I ask you. What to use to lubricate the rail? or what do you do that does not sound a squeak?

Have you ever changed the hp latex 570. 3L connector. It says i have leaking at the tank side.

@casfer4998 The code i have is latex 47.5:11, and i know it is OP 3L. I wish i could send a photo to you. I see the cable was wet at 3L op connector.

Hello, what you can try is to do the temperature controller Calibration from the diagnostic mode and try to do the Calibration.
@@casfer4998 Hi Casper, Thank you very much.
@@casfer4998 Please I did the temperature controller calibration and it all FAILED.
