this is me, scrolling through the internet for possible christmas dishes for the 25th..and this looks amazing! i have a few questions tho, pairing the egg fried rice, which is already seasoned, with the sauce, won't it be too flavourful..? if thats a word lol. but you know, egg fried rice is a dish u can eat on its own..even looking at how u cooked it. will too much flavour be an issue w this dish?

Thanks for the recipe. Please what healthier alternatives are there for corn starch as thickener. I used psyllium husks once for mixed vegetable sauce, it wasn't satisfactory.

Was chicken cooked b4 you fried it? And if yes, did you spice the meat while cooking it because it looked so white as though it hasn't been cooked and you used meat stock so I'm kinda confused
