AcidGlow There's no doubt that Destoroyah is one of my most favorite Godzilla enemies beside King Ghidorah, Gigan, SpaceGodzilla, Monster X/Keizer Ghidorah, and Showa MechaGodzilla. DESTOROYAH!!!

Destoroyah is my favorite Kaiju, due to just how much potential he has! I mean the final form that he took in the movie, has confirmed to NOT be the final form, that Destoroyah could take! Destoroyah eats, absorbs, spreads, combines, and grows, without limit. Every time becoming stronger, more powerful, more destructive, and more intelligent. If Destoroyah would have managed to survive that battle, its return could have spelled doom to the entire world.

Hes still my favorite kaiju in the Godzilla universe. Such a great design and i love how he impacted Godzilla.
For the longest time i actually thought he killed Godzilla when i saw the film as a kid, which made him even cooler. lol
I loved that they ended the Heisei series with a film so closely linked to 54.
There's no doubt that Destoroyah is truly indeed, one of the most terrifying, and if not one of the most powerful Godzilla villians aside with King Ghidorah, SpaceGodzilla, Hedorah, Monster X/Keizer Ghidorah, and even Showa MechaGodzilla.
However, we know about his origin which is connected to the Oxygen Destroyer that have once slayed the original Godzilla in 1954. But the problem is, what is the cause or motivation of Destoroyah's involvement with death and destruction. We all assume that he was pure evil incarnation of how he killed Godzilla Junior without remorse and nearly make Godzilla a goner if it wasn't for the combined effort of his Meltdown and G-Force's military forces.
To me, I have a answer. If we look back to Godzilla vs. Destoroyah, when Kenichi purposes to have Dr. Kensaku Ijuin, the founder of Micro Oxygen, to recreate the Oxygen Destroyer hoping to killed Godzilla before he reaches critical mass to meltdown, Dr. Ijuin explains that the Oxygen Destroyer has already have an effect on the soil, meaning lifeforms were effected by this too. Dr. Ijuin explains that the Oxygen Destroyer not only have a effect on other micro life, but also their behavior as well. The micro-organism colony of crustaceans from the Precambian era that Destoroyah once, who're reverently to be harmless. However, when the Oxygen Destroyer took effect, the once harmless and innocent creatures became vicious yet predatory creatures that attack aggressively anything in its way like of a wolf or bear does, or even trying to defend itself. And in one scene, where a military squad entering the building where the Destoroyah swarms are, they attack them first because the human armies and polices are somewhat entering their territory or nest.
I believe that Destoroyah might harbored a deep sense of undying rage and hatred for the humans by turning him into what he is and also for Godzilla as well as his son, Junior for attacking him while trying to punished mankind for their foolishness. Which to me, he was REALLY DAMN PISSED for Junior for attacking him by giving him the cold-serve dish of revenge and proceed to bring Godzilla down as they fight like bloodthirsty bersekers. This somewhat cause an war of enmity for Godzilla and Destoroyah as Godzilla wanted to vent his wrath on humanity while Destoroyah too, wanted to punished mankind for their foolish consequences by turning him into the monster he was. But the some time, Dez kinda left me cold for a Kaiju, you know.
All I'm saying that Destoroyah could be a vengeful creature like the 1954 Godzilla does, who wanted nothing but revenge by eradicating humanity for turning him into what he is and now. I'll say he's more or less as a least chaotic evil villian. But you do think?
Shin Godzilla reminded me a lot of Destroyah. Mutated micro organisms that formed a massive creature and continued to evolve and destroy.

Honestly Destroyer doesn't even sound like a Kaiju name. That's why I really like the name Destoroyah.

He would have a bit of a hard time against MZ because hes pretty fucking agile and is immune to the Oxygen Destroyer, Destoroyahs main weapon. But his sheer strength should turn MZ into plastic.
Straight up a demon, him and the icon of sin from DOOM would make an unstoppable duo!

Most powerful? I wouldn't go that far. I'd say Final Wars Godzilla, Keizer Ghidorah, Godzilla Earth, Anime Ghidorah, SpaceGodzilla, Kiryu with the Absolute Zero cannon are more powerful than Destroyah.
Godzilla earth?... That guy only has tankiness. His Atomic breath Is barely a Megatron strong, while the Atomic breath and micro oxigen beam from heisei series are literally thousands of times that

SpaceGodzilla at his prime can deflect those attacks and has other abilities to fend off Destroyah like tekekinesis. Furthermore he can increase his power through energy absorption . Kiryu still having the Absolute Zero cannon is still an advantage Destroyah won't have an answer to if it hits him. And that's only going by if you cut off Anime Ghidorah's link. If you don't Destroyah would be screwed . Also Godzilla Earth destroyed several Kaiju and Los Angeles in a single blast.

And please, Space-G would need a Lot of preparation to fend off something strong and durable as Destoroyah, while he has Little to no regen, Destoroyah can Split up and return good as new. And as far as im concerned, Spacegodzilla Is not a good hand on hand fighter neither. And then we have telekinesis... That's just it, he's going to toss him around? That Made no difference un His fight with big G on manga, neither the movie, so yeah. And as i said powerlevel wise, manga Destoroyah and movie Destoroyah are Still preety much on a bigger scale than both manga and movie space Godzilla (space godzilla died by having His throath slit with an radio tower, while Destoroyah could survive while decapitated, and was put down for good when Godzilla melted down while grabbing him)
Then anime ghidorah... The same. Destoroyah can just Split up, get out of anime ghidorah's haxxed sight and eventually kill whoever Is the link, as they have to be in the same planet as ghidorah and if we take out both parties haxxes? Destoroyah can stomp planet Eater ghidorah easily because of His superior feats in both strength and endurace (anime ghidorah has literally none and was one shotted by Godzilla earth's Weaker Atomic breath)
And kiryu... He's going to be destroyed in a single hit, either Micro oxigen beam or a phsycal hit. He won't have Time to prepare himself unless they have a distance bettewn each other of 1 city for the Absolute Zero to actually land with no problems
El Tio Asmodai No regeneration? SpaceGodzilla is a clone of Godzilla and possibly Biollante. Even with just Godzilla, that automatically gives him insane regeneration. And if he has Biollante’s cells, he’s practically immortal. And of course SpaceGodzilla would fight Destroyah from a distance. That was his way of fighting for all his opponents (Mainly because the producer didn’t want the monsters fighting hand to hand in the Heisei era). With all those abilities keeping Destroyah away while SpaceGodzilla powers up he’ll be powerful enough to do serious damage to Destroyah in time. Plus his Micro Oxygen Beam will be useless since SpaceGodzilla can deflect it and he doesn’t require oxygen. You’re going off the assumption that Destroyah even bothers to find said link as well as Anime Ghidorah giving him the chance to. It’s more likely Destroyah will be too busy trying to kill Ghidorah and failing and the Ghidorah tries to trap him while sending him to another dimension where Destroyah would die from cold temperatures. And Kiryu doesn’t need that much distance between him and his opponent. Plus Destroyah wouldn’t likely defeat him in one attack.
