I found this by accident, but it's a great video. I love the beautiful scenery and the other worldly effect of the northern lights, swirling mystically through the evening winter skies while the moonlight casts a pinkish hue upon the snow. You also seem to have that hushed, reverential tone as well. :)
An absolutely amazing video from one of the most beautiful parts of the world. I've to Tromsø twice before and would love to return. Also I'm somewhat impressed by your pronunciation of the Norwegian placenames.
Yes, Tromso is beautiful. I spent there 10 days in 2009 but this was the worst winter for lat 50 years as for sun activity. I haven't seen Aurora :( . Maybe next time - in Kiruna....
so.....you didn't get to see the aurora??? how many days did you stay in tromso?? It is absolutely beautiful and I m planning to go there on November. What's the odds of seing the norhtern lights?
12 DEGREES!?!?! THATS NOT THAT COLD!. Over here in England, Its about 5 degrees at the moment. Regardless, Tromsø is beautiful. I would like to live there in a fer years.
Hi George Just came back from Tromso. I just stayed some ours to film reindeer race. So would like to use a minute or so of your material gvive some general idea about the city. Is that ok?
How did you come to move to Norway? I mean for practical things like work, accommodation and language? I'm in England and have always been fascinated by Northern Norway, in both summer and winter.
Hey! I just had to watch this video. I live in Tromsø, and I think it's beautiful, but to live here is just awful. The winter is dark and unbearable cold.. the summer MAY be fine, but the most of it, its cold, foggy and rainy. The sun will shine some days, or just a few minutes of a day, if you are so lucky. I aint kiddin'. The weather here is unstable, and its almost always cold here.. I just hate the climate. Just some words, for those of you who want to actually LIVE here. I don't...
Great Documentary. Thanks for posting
Thanks for the video! That place looks so Beautiful i hope to one day go there
Lovely video, getting us excited for our trip to Tromso next Feb!
One thing i like is that in the summer the night wont turn dark, thats some of the few things i love about this place.
Great video. We are going on this trip in May.
