Really brought back the feel of the original Watchmen. Of course nothing comes close to Alan Moore's masterpiece, but this show understood the source material better than any other property in the Watchmen canon since the original book.
Amazing: every episode just unravels and unveils.

the HBO series is set after the events of Snyder's film.
Well, sort of. It's kind of continue to the movie, but taking a new elements from it...
Not the film, but the book, actually!
It’s a sequel to the actual graphic novel from the 80s the movie does closely follow it with one or two exceptions
It's supposed to be, but it actually takes away from it.

Autrement dit, je me suis battu seulement pour me defendre. Sans pretendre ne pas avoir été un cochon et avouer que je n'avais jamais été un animal. J'ai eu la syphilis et 3 enfants qui ont été en premier transformés en cochon tout au debut du mouvement. Et qui sont mort avant que tout le monde rejoigne cette mode de devenir cochon pour me faire cauchemarder. @@charlespuruncajas9663 did you look at how much money they made or how much viewership numbers they had? if you feel i am wrong do tell me how much money they had per budget and how many viewers they had in total for the season.
@@charlespuruncajas9663 there is a reason they canceled. they had flagging numbers per episode and per flagging numbers had additional loss. they ended up making more than the budget but not much more.. you should realy research... please do get back to me when you have a look at the numbers the show made..

Watch the movie instead, this is not worth your time
It’s not perfect but the show is pretty decent and actually expands on the ideas from the source material. The movie despite being an okay film, is a garbage adaption that completely misses the point in its portrayal of the characters and exploration of the themes of the comic. Don’t waste your time with the film, you’ll get very little out of it particularly if you like the comic.
