I absolutely love this doll 😍😍😍 Her face is so expressive. I like seeing dolls based off real people since it gives my collection a larger variety of faces and not just repeating a mold that can quickly become tiresome for me 🫤🫤🫤 I’ve modified and repainted dolls for that very reason as well, modeling them after people I know or have seen. But I totally understand your feelings about why you avoid them. Ultimately, I hope she will be a part of my collection someday, along with others who are so beautifully crafted 😊😊😊
I think I’m very, very slowly getting into celebrity dolls. 😅 I feel like I’m warming up to them now. You have a point: celebrity dolls are a great source of new and unique face sculpts! Chances are this is the only time this sculpt will be used, ever. And I simply cannot fathom the idea of missing out on such a beauty!😆 And it’s so cool that you like to modify your dolls! Personally I’m still learning, my paint jobs are sloppy ‘cause I have shaky hands. But hopefully I’ll improve little by little.😊
They way you drool over her face is the way people drooled over her face when she was alive, this woman's face was perfection... do you know the Venezuelan master of pagentry Osmel Souza? who has prepared the Venezuelan Miss Universe winners, I'm sure he's famous in Philippines ... He was inspired by Maria Felix face (for the surgeries done on Venezuelan misses) he said Maria Felix had the most perfect (natural) face he has ever seen (jaw, nose, etc) and used to drew her on paper.
