The Last Rail Book - ep13

Episode 13 of The Last Rail Book series. Between last episode and this one, Upgraded green circuit belts on the bus to red belt and added modules to the oil refinery. Also upgraded red circuits to red belt. In this episode we upgraded sulfur to v2 and added solar to help with our power situation. Upgraded Oil to v3. The Megabase-in-a-Book blueprint book was too large to fit on the blueprint sites so i had to break it up into 2 pieces.
