⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rebeca, I truly appreciate what you do for all of us your fans, you motivate us to get into the spirit of the coming holidays head. Having said that, I use to decorate the entire Veterans medical-clinic where I worked, by myself while every one else of my colleagues enjoy their Thanksgiving with their families. I recall one Christmas, hanging thousands of those snowflakes on the ceiling in the clinic & making huge handmade large ribbon bows with icicles to all doctors & nurse's doors throughout the clinic. Trust me, I was exhausted when I finally finished I sat down in the middle of the clinic, and imagine what the Veterans & their families would think when they came into the clinic. In addition, I made those large ribbons for the head of the nursing staff doors. I felt such a satisfaction just hearing the patients compliments, which made it all worth it. Stay Safe & Healthy. I absolutely LOVE all the background stories and footage of how your decor decisions come together! I’m still smiling over the pinecone escapades! Nothing is ever as easy as it seems and it gives us mere mortals some hope that if you are jumping through hoops, it’s okay that we have a pile of hoops, ready to jump through again and again. We all know you don’t wave a magic wand and everything just brilliantly comes together (except, of course, for the Queen tree and a properly placed Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo! 😉☺️😊). I always appreciate the extra effort that goes into making things fabulous. Knowing the struggles, gaffs, the intensive labor are like our own was so appreciated. I love your pillow transformation. Oh yes, It is really nice to have this documentary format. It makes us see that there is going alot of hard work in the preparation and that not everything is just at the fingertips. So yes, seeing this build up is encouraging for me to try a little bit harder and not to give in or tune down my creative vibes when there is a funny idea popping up.

Bless you Rebecca!! I love your style. I too am a Christmas decorator. I have several trees and start by removing item including furniture from my house. I style every room and every room has at least one tree. I have been collecting over the years however, I still spend a small fortune on new stuff. I too am single. I do this all for me because my two daughters live away and don't come home for Christmas.
I just love the decor. I am living on a retirement pension, lol, so I tell my girls there is no inheritance. LOL Well unless they want Christmas decor. They both love Christmas, so this may work out great. I'm so happy that you are enjoying your new home in Tulsa and that you get to decorate in your glamorous style. Enjoy!!!

I really like the format. It shows how it really is so people decorating don't get discouraged thinking they are not doing it good. It's a lot of trial and error.

I watched the house tour first but... I LOVE the documentaries. It made me deliriously happy to see what goes on behind the scenes. Because I'm one of those people who envision stuff in my head. Yes, love the Docu-formatt! It is encouraging to see you too have ideas that sometimes are great challenges in the making, as each home decor person struggles with the vision vs. reality of the making. The creative solutions are always helpful and push us all to experiment and solve decor challenges. The results are worth it when guests and family walk into a holiday experience, not just a room for a nice gathering.

I struggle with depression and thinking about bright lights, Christmas trees, watching hallmark movies, buying gifts and listening to Christmas music makes me feel hopeful. Yes I like the longer decorating videos that show the up and downs, the thought process, overcoming mistakes creatively. Also showing the patience and time you take to get things right. It is encouraging to those of us who do don’t have your knowledge and skill. I don’t do a new theme every year or re create many of my decorations, but need to after a while because I jus get tired of the same old thing😊. Your videos help with that.

I loved this!! I help our Church decorate for many functions and no one ever sees what it takes to pull off such a beautiful space!! With that being said, I very much appreciate how real you are with this and these last two videos.. I could feel the anxiety you were experiencing wanting it to look like the vision you had and know how much time and rest you would loose to pull it all off!! So much thanks and gratitude to you and your team for bringing this to us to inspire us to create and enjoy Christmas! I just discovered your channel and I have to say my heart stopped for a second when I saw how you decorated your friends timberland home and then to see your home! I have watched hundreds of decorating videos but nothing comes close to what you can do. I don’t understand why your not decorating the homes of the elite, the White House or even the Royal castles! I can’t wait to follow you and see what you have up your sleeve.
Yes I love this format. I like getting to see people just be who they really are. Not to say I don't like the other format too... but I like seeing you all being comfortable in who you are!
Just paid for my 3rd year of Design Sessions! Started when we we had just purchased a new-to-us home - used your ideas to turn a “regular” house up to a “wow” home! We’re normal with normal budget restraints - your design principles work for all price ranges.
I totally love to watch the behind the scenes, do this every year and show us how all we are in trouble because of our ideas. I used to think that you had everything in control and I though well maybe their issues are small but thanks for sharing Beka.
Re-watching this video again! I put up hanging snowflakes in an area of my house and even though I do have just drywall, it was a lot of work because it is just me. So as a result I've left them up all year and I'm enjoying them again this Christmas!
