Tiko Davenport it's opening your exhaust up in a nicer way (meaning no drone) unlike a straight pipe. If you were getting a Borla I wouldn't fuck with it
They have that system tuned well and messing with it would be a waste of money and would have been better off just straight piping it in the first place if that's what you were looking to do. You could get a custom exhaust at a local muffler shop if you want something specific
Nasir Hussain so let's say I get some Borla exhaust mufflers. What does that do? It literally just replaces the stock mufflers with Borla ones to make it louder?
Does anyone know why the SS version of the S type not have the gurgling/dump truck sound like this one does? Personally I think the ss sounds much deeper with that clean deep throaty sound

if you pay close attention to the sound difference between the borla attack and the flowmaster, you will hear weird ass shit from the borla. it sounds like a tractor on wide open throttle but the flowmaster doesn't crackle that much on 3000/2000 rpm like the borla. took me 4 months to compare the two btw. I'm actually going to stick with the flowmaster.
Just do what I did on my ZL1, cut out the bottom of the factory airbox. Whine is about 30% louder I would say, plus I feel the car is more responsive. Cheap $0 ghetto mod that works super well brah.
Fernando Gonzalez i bought a roto fab CAi it helped a bit. Unfortunately, i think the way the stock eaton supercharger is designed it isn’t obnoxiously loud like a whipple. Ive come to still accept/love it
Adib Mir yea I plan on getting one as well. I did notice from videos that it seems to help significantly in making the whine louder. Did you have to tune your ZL1 to accept the rotofab? On the website it says the air intake will need tuning and throw a code if not

Had the S Type on my GT500 and loved it, definately going to get the S Type for my ZL1. Nothing beats this sound!
can you describe why you like the Stype more than ATAK?
