Fun fact!! Her grandfather was a king in Obosi and now her brother is king too! Well done princess of Obosi..
Edit: Since my mama born me I never get 10likes for comments. Thanks for 40likes!
Edit Edit 😂: Thanks for 72likes.
Dalu so!!
Slight correction. My great grandfather was Igwe Iweka 1 of Obosi. He also constructed the famous Iweka Road. My uncle is the current Igwe of Obosi.
Thank you so much for the love x
Hey Nky…. We love Pitanga absolutely ❤❤❤ Promised the girls a visit soon, so pleasing to see this interview…Great food, ambiance, and you definitely are the hostess with the mostest ❤❤❤❤
Such a warm and accommodating woman ❤❤❤ Ms Fahnbulleh enjoyed her pounded yam too… she is still talking about it 😂❤
I was told that there are no Kings in Igbo land
@@execmamaput654 Oh! Abadagu forgive me... Daalu soo Nwanne m
This is Nky 💯 being herself. She IS Pitanga❤ I love this place...my son worked for her (he served Idris) and my youngest insisted she have her 21st birthday dinner there. Congrats on getting the recognition you deserve Nky ❤
Very well Done 👏🏽 my people!!!!!!! ( All Love from oakland California ) by way of Auchi in Edo state south. South of Nigeria 🇳🇬
Pitanga is actually an awesome place. Wish UA-cam allowed us to post pictures as comments. Had such an amazing culinary experience there. And Nky is super nice and polite too
Been here a few times and it never disappoints! The oha soup is finger licking gooodddd
Fantastic job Abass... great show, great concept, great Nky... so full of naija aunty personality! I was in Kensington (from the U.S.) a couple of winters ... who knew! I'm from Niger Delta and eager for exploration of our seafood cuisine... a rather unique subset of the Nigerian food spectrum. For having one of the most sophisticated cuisine in the world, we have been very much asleep at the wheel in terms of food establishments, but that is changing. In NYC you have Tatiana and Dept of Culture both of which have tongues wagging.
Aunty Nky caters to everyone love her. Her vegan options and vegetarian options first class 💚💚💚
I have a home in London and heard about the restaurant from Idris Elba interview a while back. I found it. The food is delicious. 💚 Aunty has a Lovely personality 😊
Wow I live in NW never heard of the resturant thanks for video, will definately be visiting soon 🤩
Love this.! I love the thought she has put into the recipes. Her love for food and her country shines through, will be visiting soon.
Thank you. We look forward to hosting you soon.
I passed by this venue regularly without noticing it really, I must check it out one day.
Enjoyed every bit of the video. Great content. Pleasant lady as well. Well done.
Well presented showcase; I enjoyed watching this. I hadn’t heard of Pitanga before but I would love to check it out. Well done Nky; representing Najia!
I cant wait to go to London to have a taste. Thank you for sharing
We are already looking forward to hosting you.
I absolutely have to visit this place when next in London, I live in Somerset. Not quite sure how I first found Lady Nky's Facebook page and love, love her stories. I'll have to fast on the day so I can stuff myself. 🙂
THANK YOU FOR SHOWCASING AFRICAN FOOD. WE WILL DEFO TRY TO GO.
so happy to DJ Abass has his own youtube channel..its about time
She sounds like my late Grandmother with her thoughts on stork cubes!!!
My Grandma thought they are for people who can't cook.
I found this very interesting. I had never heard of Pitanga Restaurant. Hopefully, I visit one day I commute to Central London. Lovely lady too. I am so glad the lady places emphasis on presentation. When you watch Master Chef etc - It is the presentation (and the taste of course) that sells. Thanks for the post.
Brilliant @My Tasty Naija and entertaining plus enlightening .You are clearly not Vegan but Vegan Suya is one to discover ... Very well done .
You’re absolutely right: our vegan Suya is delish.
Fantastic! I'm coming to chop there. I'm from South of London where there is a dominance of Nigerians. As such I am a critic and very critical about Nigerian foods and the restaurants so to speak with many, therefore as you have won me over with this video you will only win me over completely once I have tasted your food and experienced it's atmosphere and to quite the French it's ambiance (enbuance) I greet you well.❤🎉
It would be beautiful to show more in the kitchen while speaking about the food and showing us. For those who don't know and are interested in Nigerian food. Beautiful program
Noted. Thanks🙏🏾
I can say Nky has a massive heart ♥♥ years ago I met her on a course before she set up the restaurant and her passion for food was so strong I knew she would make a great success of it. Can't wait to visit and her food. 🖤🖤🙏🏿🙏🏿
Oh I thoroughly enjoyed watching this, DJA.
Bubbly young lady too. 😊
I will definitely visit soon. Well done madam.
I got hungry when they brought the food out ! 💘
Thank you for sharing
I remember the first Nigerian restaurant i went to was on Bayswater road and this is 85 am talking about as that was the first one I knew . Big up my darling sister for keeping it real and up . Love my sister 💙💙💙❤️❤️❤️🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬
Was there too sometime in '88.
Seems to be the only Nigerian food restaurant around then.
We had efo elegusi with pounded yam.. it was such a deli..! ❤

i want more Nigerian restaurant everywhere.
Open your own.
She's a very good cook
Thank you. Thats really kind of you.
I already love 🥰 with this restaurant, and the menu. Just the originality. It’s like good ART. Love her personality and how she so detailed, creative and neat. The artistic style of dishes and serving.❤
I have eaten at Pitanga
The food is incredible
Best swallow in the entire London
I had the afang soup and I was damn near licking the bowl
The platter is also really delicious.
If you can make your way down there, I promise you'll enjoy the food!
Way to to, Nky Iweka! 🔥🔥🙌🏿
I am a Wite woman but I love Nigerian food and this mmmmmm is delicious ❤and first I am lucky to found this place in West London 🎉❤
We are igbo girls we put "crafish" in everything
No. Not everybody adds crayfish to their souo.. I don't use crayfish to cook yet my soups and stews are tasty
I use blended bonga fish in place of crayfish.
That food looks amazing!!! 🎉
I LOVE YOUR STYLE OF COOKING WITHOUT TASTING IT, I HATE ANY TYPE OF CUBES
Excellent presentation. Ogiri Okpei gets the job done my sister. Well done. Definitely not an easy industry. This is exciting.
Let me tell you, helped a Congolese buddy of mine set up his cousins house when she moved to Canada. She made a traditional Congolese dinner, apparently I’m the only white boy that likes Foo Foo lmao, good shit though, got to eat with my hands and I was honoured
Great restaurant, greater host. Nky is the real deal! 💚🤍💚
InkyPinky!!! 🥂 #PitangaToTheWorld!!
Lol. This brought a huge smile to my face.
I wonder if Noraley has been there She likes African Food..! She has even eaten Caterpillar Stew in Cameroon, that is dedication for you...! Nigerian Food is the best and i don't believe we have Caterpillar Stew on any Nigerian Menu..! 🤔🤔
The tribes in Nigeria that can compete with anywhere on the continent in terms of cooking are Efik, Ibibio, Igbo and Annang.
My brother, my belle and I have criss-crossed Nigeria and I can tell you that each and every ethnic group has mouth watering dishes.
Try Kalabari Onunu and you will begin to understand. The dishes from Southern Kaduna made with the wide range of grains are another range not to be missed. Wakkis dey Naija!!!
Would not trade my Amala with better gbegiri ewedu and ogunfe anywhere...
You forgot to mention the tribes from South South(Nigee Delta) of Nigeria
I am a new subbie all the way from Abuja Nigeria
I subscribed straight!
Mee too..! ❤🌹
🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
If drooling was a crime..❤
Thank you for not using stock cubes, that are full of msg and other chemicals.🎉🎉🎉
Wanna try palm wine now😊
awesome
I'm all in Pitanga.
400 restaurants😂?? I love Naijerians they dont make joke!
How you know good food…….
The next random people you meet, ask them to name a meal of the country you’re assessing. If you get a meal back, from most, you know the nation makes good food.
Nice channel. first vie. Subscribed
Weldone cuz👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
She is right about stock cubes!!!!
Small world. Absss is so popular on FB
Long slow cooking ❤
Abeg where’s Pitanga located in London because I will definitely come over to eat there asap?
West London
Nice one,Repping Edo.From Moscow
Worth mentioning that Nky has a BSc degree in Computing and a Masters degree in Applied Mathematics + worked with Bluechip companies. She’s a brilliant but very humble human.❤
Of what relevance is this information? She's a bubbly nice voluptuous well spoken lady! Degrees or no degrees! She has decided to bin the degrees!
If you're talking about those maggi stock cubes then thank you. They are also full of msg and sometimes gives me that awful headache which never goes!
Idris "Akuna (Fathers wealth in the IGBO language)" Elba. His Father is A Serria Leonean IGBO Krio from "IBO VILLAGE", in Waterloo, Serria Leone. His mum is from Ghana.
I'm not suprised he loves IGBO food. DNA calling him back home without him knowing it.
