I need their help. Wish I could afford them. I am also on disability. Was let go, not fired, not laid off, it's been 3 months. No papers, no termination papers, no pay. He says to take him to court and I can't afford to.
what if you are not let go and youre on a ltid because of a toxic work environment , but the environment is too toxic and impossible to go back but you are still considered a full-time employee just on a unpaid leave of absence with a return to work date (as per the employer) is apparently on the anniversary date of when i started at the yr i turn 65. 1. am i still entitled to severance ? 2. or do they have to hire me back and than if workplace is clearly toxic where impossible to continue .....do i than at that point ask for a severance package ? or .would i be better to go back on ltid ?? and can i than raise all my issues that date back to the bullying and toxic environment that started my illness?
