To my understanding, they are teleported off the moon back in time and end up captured by broken arrow (the American research group in the 60s led by Pernell). This is explained in alpha omega as 4 men who seemed dazed and a “ww2 German outfitted man seemingly catatonic” (this is rictofen after switching souls with Samantha). They were held prisoner in hanger 4 at groom lake during this time period and actually are present at the beginning of moon being held prisoner in a hanger you can see outside of the map. They would later be freed by the primise version of themselves and the events of alpha omega and tag der toten spell the rest of their story.
What happens to the og crew? Do they just die in moon (I mean in the bo1 map moon specifically)
