I built a Sakuyamon deck that performed really well into Magna X and Nume thanks to Pause Plug in and the Yellow/Blue Taomon. Showed up to my store tournament ready to kick ass, just to have Mirage and Red Hybrid as my first 2 pairings and get my ass beat. Never again!

My machinedramon list Stomp on Ukko, i mean nummemon. And beats magna x Most of the times as well. But i think the new format with dex removing tamers and de-digivolving i think i might not get to win my locals with it any more
Well, you can redirect MagnaX's attacks with Analogman and also gain immunity to DP- with EX1 Machinedramon. Give Chaosdramon X a high enough DP and it'll force the Armor Purge. Redirecting the attack still works because it doesn't affect MagnaX itself. Just the attack.
@benjaminwiseman6567 Possibly. Not denying it. Chaosdramon X has always been bricky due to the Level 5s needed. However, if it's set up, it can be tough for MagnaX to have an out. It doesn't usually run anything that would put Chaosdramon X into security.
