KAYAK BASS FISHING: Monthly Tournament and Big Smallmouth!

I have a couple days to get out and fish the Maine Yak Anglers May Monthly Online Tournament, sponsored by Shaker Hill Outdoors. The tournament allows anglers to fish all month and record the top 5 fish. I took advantage of a day off with sun and no wind and I hit the smallmouth beds. They JUST started and I had to cover a lot of ground. In the end I was sitting in 4th place with 96.5".... all smallmouth, and all in 6 hours. It was a ton of fun.... now to ice up my back.

LOL I know EXACTLY where you're at. I got some good ones off the ledge of that flat between there and the cove you and I fished at a few years ago, when we fished the last event there.
