    well done! skateboarding is a fantastic thing. teaches you how to deal with frustration, with pain, how to get back up and keep on going. rite of passage. creates strong, interesting, creative adults. who are building a better world. we could ALL build a better world...

    when he said "dont be prejudice at the skatepark," my first thought was
    skateboarders, bikers and rollerbladers, even scooter kids, all get along.

      beware of ted. its a massive stereotype itself ... hard selling skateboards is one thing ... yet these is just hipster angst coupled with corporate frustration .. whats next fire walking ??

    • @AngadSinghgwl
      @AngadSinghgwl 9 років тому

      Did you see the video? The fact that ted happens to be a platform for this is merely a coincidence, we just want to make skateparks :) concrete play areas that last and serve as a place for a community to grow. More about fun than making money really.

      Hmmm. Well I guess sk8r culture is here ... three decades later. So is the need for parks and spaces to play ~

      That's what we do it for man, the only parks that existed before the holystoked collective started making them all over the country were those paid skateparks for rich kids. Now you see slum kids getting featured in European skate mags, teaching those rich kids in public skateparks, destroying economic barriers. It has come late but it has come by and I'm way too happy to be able to contribute to this movement. It's all for the peeps of the next generation, and for those of mine who wouldn't let the discouraging remarks of their peers stop them from partaking in it.

      Partake as much as you feel and want .. Just as the dude in the Ted video. Happy to see a new subculture rear it's head .. Yet the " destroying economic barriers " is a far cry and not real .. try as much as rich kids do the do with slum kids.

    "Connecting Arts, Music, Dance with Skateboarding" > Wow ! Can this work in USA , in the Urban Rehab Area ? Also, more opportunities in villages in India. As well . I think. You need "passionate founders such as these 4 guys at Bangalore . Thanks for sharing !
