This song for me is the most epic metal song I've ever heard. From watching them on stage and how much each was concentrating, I agree that this song just may be the most difficult song for them to play live from their catalogue. The fact they pull this off live is simply amazing and a testament to the level of musicianship in this band, across the board. What's interesting for me is the live version brings out more what is going on during the main riff, especially the work Midori does. I think the studio version does the solo section a tad more justice. I very much enjoyed this reaction of yours.

i am a huge lovebitesfan and love all of their music. to be honest there is no other band that can match these ladies talent. they are just fenominal in everyrhing they do. especially live. besides of that i love you guys so much. you are funny, honest and have attention for details. you know how difficult it is to play songs like that and have a good understanding of metal. keep up the good work guys. greetings from belgium. kudos !!!
This is a clear demonstration of just how powerful Asami-san’s voice really is. In other tracks on this recording, her voice is not as prominent, because the production team tried as much as possible to recreate the authentic auditorium sound. On Judgement Day however she doesn’t just belt as a crescendo, she belts her way through 90% of the lyrics. And it never ceases to amaze me how much breath control she has. In early Lovebites recordings (Battle in the East, Wacken) she sounds a little out of breath occasionally during MC sessions between a couple of songs. Not any more. I’ve now seen her perform 4 full shows, including this one, and I can tell you that she seems capable of producing air for vocals without the tiresome necessity of breathing! I know praise is due to every member of the band for this performance, but by and large Asami-san is often overlooked by many reactions simply because many metal heads can’t help but focus on the instrumentation (probably because they grew up listening to Neanderthal vocalists). So as self appointed World’s Greatest Asami Fan I thank you for giving her the recognition she deserves in this video. Great fun as always, but you are in danger of reacting to songs from LOVEBITES that pretty soon will be a year old. As by far the best band any channel has the privilege to react to, one LOVEBITES reaction per week ought to be a bare minimum! I jest, but I would like to see more because you guys are in my reaction channel top four, and I always click on your LOVEBITES reactions the second they drop in my UA-cam feed.
You are so correct in your perception that many, if not most, have a mindset like; I bet these solos are going to smash (of course they will). But not as many think in terms of, this verse/chorus was approaching the impossible! How did she do that? I would challenge anyone who has heard "Holy War" (especially 2021-on), to find the best singer in their personal realm, and challenge her/him to duplicate Asami's efforts! And then the next song....

Nice reaction once again. Great live performance but i have to say that i don't like the fact the bass lines that blew everybody's mind in their MV are very low in the mix. Can't think the reason for it.
