Hi, Tonia! Dr. Weiner can see you via telemedicine. If you're interested, call (520) 298-3300 and let them know you are a former patient from MI.

I stalled at 2.4 so I went back down to .5 and am following Zoe's suggestions on the pod cast for nutrition and kick starting. I came in at almost 400lbs and stalled for months at 335lbs. The change in dose seems counter intuitive because 2.4 is the "Therapeutic" dose we have to titrate or build up to but ironically for me, going down in dosage did the trick. I feel it's mechanism of action with these GLP-1 glucagon peptides is in contrast with the efficacy or other meds and as a hormone, it really is dependent on the person.

I am 10 years out from my bypass and really struggling to keep from gaining weight. I have gained about 20# over the last 2.5 years or so. Insurance won't approve me trying the new GLP meds.

The 64-year-old patient looks beautiful. I would have guessed her to be in an early 50s.
