Would you advise a person to take a call centre job where you unlock your basic?? You basically have to meet a certain target before you sign a contract?? Pls advise.

Hey, my honest advise would be to check the reviews of that company and see what others say, so what happens if don't meet the target, does it mean you not offered the job sorry you have to work till you reach the target then only then you are paid.
I honestly think is best you research the company first as most call centre do exploit employees.
It's best you receive a contract then you decide whether you are happy with it or not.
