TOTENWACHE is such Black Metal perfection straight to the core!!!! Ya know, maybe 12-15years ago from now and on prior to that, I most likely wouldn't have thought "this Black Metal art is so fucking good, it must've been born out of ol' Deutschland!",...... In the early days I just wouldn't have thought to pair up something that sounds like this to maybe being a Germanic art! The level of dark artists that eventually began to start up from Germany is quite impressive, such depth, atmosphere, power, wretched evil 'un'gospil lyrical meanings, and that raspy, witch-like ring-wrathe vocal styling TOTENWACHE presents is so damn good, reminiscent and honoring that which of the mighty BATHORY and their sole driving force and beating blackened wardrum-like heart and soul of our beloved QUORTHON!!!!!! Forever hails to He and his stylistic creation that because an entire genre of its own! QUORTHON is always such great inspiration to those that do Black Metal art so very well! BATHORY is always in the minds of the greatest acts, in my humble opinion of course!
