I don't understand why anyone would hate the guy; he rarely has much on-mic input anyway. But I will say, I feel his taste in film hasn't been the best. Movies are obviously subjective though, so I don't fault him for having tastes that are different from mine.

As a slow metabolism, sluggy guy who has to be fit for my job, here's my Joe List tip(s) for eating healthier - eat veggies and fruit you like. Lots of guys go and buy broccoli and spinach and all that shit because they heard they're the healthiest options, but then it just rots in their crisper drawer because they don't fucking like it. If peas, green beans, and carrots are the three veggies you like to eat, then buy those. Canned corn and potatoes do not count as vegetables, BTW. Beef and salmon have more micronutrients than fowl and a lot of white fishes, and to me should be priority, but other proteins are cool too.. But beef is not as lean so make sure to trim fat on it so as to reduce calories and watch how much cooking oil you use to keep track of fat. Prioritize protein, then fat, then carb consumption. Best carbs are potatoes and rice. WHITE RICE DIGESTS EASIER THAN BROWN RICE. A lot of people are against white rice for some reason, probably asian racism lets be honest, but it is the most easily digested carb. People in most Asian countries live longer and are way less fat than us and they eat white rice with literally every meal. And drinks lots of water. I get in 120-150oz a day even when i dont train. Water, milk, orange and Cranberry juice are my drinks. Had to cut out my first love soda, which is basically liquid poison these days. Good luck with your heart, fatty!

Joe needs to look up White Coat syndrome, the nerves do factor in to the top number in blood pressure. The lower number is the important one for long term health concerns.
I've had the H.B.P. my whole life, couple of tricks (besides the deep breathing horseshit) take a couple clonopins or if you have a dad w/blood pressure med like I do, pop one of those 30mins before. I've left my doctor speechless many times over the improvement of my BP (little did she know i was on deaths door 20mis before. But you really go for benzos.
