Omg they are true angels in disguise wish I knew some in my community I've been here since 2005 when my husband bought us our first home. He worked hard to pay for everything we had. He was diagnosed with cancer January of 2016 and passed away June 2016 In This Very house he didn't want to die in the hospital so I kept him home and took care of him to his last breath. He passed in our bed on that night in 2016. I've held onto it and now I'm facing foreclosure because I'm raising my two grandchildren their daddy died 2016 also my youngest 4 months after I buried my husband. It's going to be so hard to leave this house it will be like losing my husband all over again. Wish I could find some angels to buy this and make my payment cheaper. If it's meant to be it will happen just like you Jennifer. You're in my prayers that you stay healthy and live to an old age and enjoy life and keep doing the good things you've been doing. You are a special lady take care and God bless
