Why would I sell this piece and buy a sub. This IWC rips the Sub a new asshole in style and aesthetics. A sapphire bezel, 2000 metres and the yellow just speaks to you. The ETA is a good movement, easy and cheap to service and source parts. Stick you expensive in-house shit that costs thousands to fix and service. Rolex is for self righteous snobs and I'm glad you get charged a premium for the glory. Don't forget that only 1 in 200 people will ever even notice a Rolex on your wrist. I have a Ulysse Nardin, a Rado, 3 x Oris divers that cost me enough to keep in good condition. Could not imagine dealing with Rolex dealerships.
Checked this out when new a few years ago. A bit heavy and thick, chose the Seamaster and have no regrets. Is it an ETA movement? A lot to pay for that movement.
wildcatlighting.com/images/Kayak/Light%20Penetration.jpg You want a contrasting color to the color that penetrates the most, at your depth. Of course, when it comes to divers, everyone first thinks of IWC, right? Oh wait...I always get them mixed-up. Who makes the best divers, was it IWC or Breitling?
archie u ve always said stay away from val joux movments and I even phliped my iwc 376706 Cousteau for a rolex rolex 116600 s d after u constant nock of eta movments
Really wanted to buy one ... trying to convince myself. But the they over phucked the bracelet. Its too much of a phat phuckeroonie which doesn't hang well. Unfortunate.
I am big IWC fan, I love my Portofino rose gold with the 8 day movement. It's just great.
Much better than omega 300m and planet oshit
Absolutely

Archie keep up the good work, you are a major winner!
Great advice, Arch! If a punter had bought a Sub two years ago they could sell it now for a considerable profit. The IWC will always be a dog.
The flashy yellow goes against the IWC ethos and makes the watch look cheap and nasty. Aesthetically there are better options in the Aquatimer range.

+Dia Beetus: I'd go with the IWC over any Breitling, which always seems to have a very busy dial.
