They are very trucker friendly. Show respect. Keep the lot clean. They are there for us truckers and have been for decades. Show not only respect but also gratitude. A smile and a thank you if nothing else.
Awesome place, used to stop in there all the time. Super nice folks and good food. It’s been 20 years or so since I’ve been there though but I really miss it. Was definitely one of my favorite stops
I'm a retired OTR driver and only live 40 miles from this place. Passed by it literally thousands of times. Finally, once I had to stop to see for myself. Free food, free parking, no pressure from anyone. Care to leave a donation? They will gladly accept it. Want to just drive away? No problem. They understand down and out, or just a bit tight until the next paycheck. Not Bible beaters. Just friendly folks.
I stop there all the time thy have free showers and laundry free breakfast starting at six am and supper at six pm free restrooms and is clean. Usually someone around between six am and twelve am
Trust me, you will NOT get food poisoning. You will get a full belly of food though. Good food. Want more? Just ask. Please don't take advantage of their kindness. At least leave a tip if able.
