- Hey guys! In today's video, I am reviewing the brand new Kayali fragrance Invite Only Amber 23. This is a first impressions video. Have you tried this fragrance? What are your thoughts?

UPDATE: upon trying this fragrance a few more times I realized I really didn’t like it. It is very woody on my skin and smells too masculine. I have decided to declutter and it is now a 100% no for me. Oh well… ya win some and you lose some. Lol 😆
I just received mine today, on me I got the black cherry immediately. Then I got a spicy and woody note as the black cherry faded. But those 3 notes stayed throughout with the wood note becoming more prominent. I got the black cherry the whole way through, it reminded me of black cherry soda with spice and wood. 😂 It also smelled like Egyptian musk on me as well. I liked it, it was different for me as I have nothing like it. I liked it more layered with lost cherry. Tom Ford’s lost cherry isn’t the same cherry as Kayali’s invite only, so it make the cherry stand out more. I could still smell the wood but it was more in the background. I also layered it with Kayali’s vanilla 28, and that softened the wood note as well. Then I layered it with Geneva chocolate from Be Layered with Tom Ford’s lost cherry and it make it more decadent.

I’ve layered it with the Kayali juicy apple and then it’s a hit for me! It’s very fall and apple pie like😄💞
I thought it smelled very medicinal! Like expired cough syrup with that cherry note. I wanted to like this, especially for the fall. A good recommendation that I think fits this “vibe” is Christmas in Egypt by BeLayered. It’s truly sweet and spicy, and evokes intrigue and nostalgia.

I agree with you 100%, all I smell is cinnamon. I returned mine, it’s too masculine and I don’t want to smell like a bag of red hots candy lol 😂
Omg red hots candy! Yes, that is totally what it smelled like to me. lol
On my skin I get a sweet rose incense, it almost has a “vintage” feel to it.
Totally agree, I get No cherry 🍒 choc or hazelnut. Lighter than expected. A like not a Love. I feel it's cinnamon, amber & woody but not strong Oud, with light hint of tobacco 💕 Thank you for honest thoughts

I'm not getting the cherry either, I'm getting tobacco. Tobacco can sometimes has has a slight cherry aroma to it. I'm getting the same kind of "cherry" here and just as much as in Tobacco Vanille TF. IOA28 is nice but for a particular occasions, its is not a daytime scent.

Exactly Woody i could not get a small Size
After a few hours the Oud had overpowered everything. 😞 hopefully you can return if you didn’t like it.

I know it really is. It’s a very complex scent.
I pick up zero Oud. It smells like straight up whiskey. It’s revolting.
Whiskey! 😯 oh wow that’s interesting. I got a lot of woodiness in the dry down. My husband said I smelled like a lumberjack. Hahaha whiskey does not sound good either!
Jaxbeautifulyou It was awful!🤣 I couldn’t get it off fast enough. I’m not bashing the brand, but that one, whew!!
