The INDUSTRY will NOT have that, though. They know that MUSIC and ENTERTAINMENT controls and heavily influences the masses the most. They don't want you, if they can't control you with handlers, prostitute your talent and body, hook you on drugs or alcohol to develop your storyline for when they decide you're worth more dead than alive. It really seems this way. I thought about stardom because of family connections to the industry! I've been working on a paper about this, but I'VE BECOME TERRIFIED to the point where I'VE DECIDED TO STOP RESEARCHING AND WRITING. I know enough already. Well I saw her in Vegas in June 2019 at the SLS along with Anita Baker who performed at another hotel.
Everyone else with an Academy Award gets treated with respect regardless of how long it’s been since they won it but people treat Monique like she’s just that lady from The Parkers and nothing else.
She is so much more enjoyable to watch when she isnt talking about all her controversy about the big girl movie was in and talking about all the celebrities that threw her away and definitely when her unemployed husband isnt beside her.
Didnt know this version of her still existed.

I attended her Vegas show,I was so angry because all the first class stage table seating was sold out,but I was a get box office seating, I waited 1 and 1/2 hour for photo opportunity with her, I’m a ride or die fan, love her and had a fantastic time.
I remember those days @ the Baltimore Club around the corner of Odells, she was upstairs doing her comedy💯💯👏👏😘😘Funny af!!! Go Monique 🙏
Gatsby's.....before it was Club Choices. Ricky Shalleckford, Howie G and the crew. Comedy started at 9 then we merged downstairs for the club.
