If I was granted my divorce decree in the US, but there is a 30 day wait period before I can marry again. Is it ok to send the packet within that 30 day wait period. Or should I wait until after that?

How long does it take to get an appointment with the consulate for the K1 visa in Costa Rica. We’ve gone to the entire process. We’re just waiting for an appointment for the interview.

It already left the NVC and they should have it in the consulate at Costa Rica . I’m just wondering how do we get an appointment because it seems like they’re so short staffed. She’s waiting to get an interview date my fiancé.
