I would love a video on which steps t take 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. EIN and business license first? When do I trademark my name? When do I hire a CPA and choose LLC vs SP? Your videos are so helpful. Wish you were still taking clients......

Thanks for making this video! For Northwest, where you don’t get very much mail, did you also have to fill out those USPS forms you mentioned and get them notarized? And if so, was that a separate thing you had to do on your own or did Northwest assist with that?

Is there a mailbox service that can be used for an actual business address location on a business license or LLC application?

For an LLC some services like Northwest you can use their address (they are a registered agent). For business license it depends on the city -- some look up the address and only want a real location, and other cities just care about getting the money.
