I used to just think ok the forehand is strong, avoid that half of the table altogether, but you've opened my mind to breaking down the forehand half of the table into smaller segments. I will also take onboard your mentality tips on avoiding telling yourself "what not to do" and just tell yourself on positive things to focus on doing!
