I’m torn between either buying SBG or FAE. I love that SBG has no lip but I’m concerned that 30 degree heel elevation might be too steep. FAE has a lip which I don’t like but the heel elevation seems to be just right. I’m willing to pay for either product it’s just that the price on FAE seems like a great bargain. What would you buy?
Yeah it's a tough one for sure. I can't really say because I've not yet tried the FAE board but what I would say is this... If you're going to use the board barefoot or plan on doing any amount of static stretching, probably go for SBG as it'll work a lot better than the FAE board in those regards and the aggressive incline is only a minor issue. Unless you're planning on using really heavy external loads, I think the SBG incline will be fine for any knees over toes stuff. :)

Have you tried our slantboard? Or our Slant Stack?
