This was fabulous! My booty is peachy to the max... I already consumed 48oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 538 calories... Today's green smoothie us spinach green cabbage power greens mixed berries banana pineapple flax & chia seeds blended with water... I am going to do 15 minutes of yoga then call it a day... See You All Mañana For Another Fiesta 🎉
