If you watch this scene and the scene when Ross confronts Chandler after finding out about his relationship with Monica, you can notice that Chandler closes his eyes as he says "I think."
I've heard a lot of people comment on how David Schwimmer is a great physical actor, but I also enjoy Matthew Perry's physical comedy (his hand gesture when he asks Monica "Why is your family Ross?"). You can tell they are in control of their bodies as actors, and are both wonderful in being physical performers.
Today, we have lost a comedic genius. Rest in Peace, Matthew Perry.
