Really good explanation with lots of detail, even for foreigners like me. I like how you showed every step, especially when you mentioned that having the belts be a little bit smaller doesn't matter. Belts stretch over time and become loose, like you said, so it's always good to put in a smaller belt, as long as it isn't too tight. This video can also apply to any cassette player, not just this Sony mini system. You did a great job.

I tried with my gzr777d, the answer is you can’t , I tried remove that 2 ribbon cable and it still eject. you need to replace those belts only.
