disable the sensors using the dip switch and remove the wires to check as well. if you are operating on battery make sure the battery voltage is above 12v
@@automateyourgate Hey thanks for replying! I am really novice with this system and cannot figure out how to remove the wires. I see no release mechanism there, and they do not just come out with a little tug. Also, the manual does not tell me what the dip switch is.
The unit runs on A/C. I see no battery backup.

Hi have you found a way to extend the remote antenna range? As the antenna is currently inside the control box. Thanks Steve
You need to know the frequency. Then buy an antenna and hook it up. I have also used a multiple band antenna which works fine. If you wish for more info say so and if this fine person that showed us how to check non functioning board does not offer it I will.

Did you program the remote to the control board?
Dont buy Topens model...no service department
Once you send them an email or a private youtube video. They will respond to you atleast thats how I got their attention
