How can a layer fighting a case in the SC be giving interviews to media and creating public opinion and pressure on the judiciary?
Article 32 should not have been there according to Manusinghvi yet he and Kapil Sibal are the ones to have abused this article the most. These 2 guys have treated the SC as their own court. They have had the doors of the SC opened for them at any time of the day or night. They never go to the lower courts but go straight to the SC. Why? How is this fair to the other applicants who have to go to the lowest court and work their way up.
What is the compulsion of the SC to allow both Manusinghvi and Sibal easy and direct access to them "every" time? And where is "the level playing field"?
When Congress was in power for atleast 60 years they did nothing to reform the cash instead of EB & now they want BJP to find the alternative as always!
And my guess is they charge perhaps not less than 20lakh per session that kinda Money can only be paid by corruption money. Secondly congress and it's eco system today acuse BJP of using ED and other agencies at it. But when they were in power they used the agencies on common people just to fabricate the non existence saffron terror.

Senior Advocate Abhishek Singhvi is arguing his own law, not advising how to not get arrested. He is giving the most idiotic advice. What is good advice when your client is still arrested. The lawyer is the final winner, he still makes his money, whether his client is in Jail or Out. He is a Senior Lawyer and his responsibility is to go to the Court and Argue the case and collect his fees for his time. Whether he is put in Jail or dies there is the responsibility of the Court and the Junior Lawyers. That is why it is important to be a Senior Lawyer.
