The collet always must be in the same dimension (diameter) than the endmill

हैड drill मशीन के कीलेस चक में क्या खराबी होती है और कि वाले चक मे क्या खराबी होती है जब चाबी वीले चक मे drill बीट फसाते है तो वह बीट जल्दी से स्लीप नही होती है और बीना चाबी वाले चक मे drill बीट लगाते है तो वह ढीला होता है कि नही इसके बारे वीडयो बनाए जल्द से जल्द

I think my collet is stuck on the shaft, not inside the nut. Any tips on prying it out?

It is very important that you fix the nut (by screwing) not before an endmill sticks in. It sounds you fixed the nut before - so it could be your collet now is pressed into the shank - metal on metal. First thing is to remove the nut than try by means of a gripper to press the collet a little on the top - same time one needs to hold the body of your spindle...
If this not works you need to send it to a service.
