Only when you make hydrogen with electricity from nuclear power plant or from solar grid power plant

And how do you produce batteries and electricity? Electric cars are never “zero emissions”.
no vehicle is truly zero emissions if you take the fabrication process into account, but not if you only care about driving

Hydrogen is far from emission free, it just does not come from your tailpipe.
